Important information about our availability of stocks policy
When you place an order on Hydroshop.ca, it is subject to certains terms that may vary from a purchase to another. As such, the items ordered may not be available at the time purchase, and the time before shipping may exceed 10 to 15 business days.
It is possible that the product has become out of stock, or it cannot be stored for various reasons (perishable, raw or dangerous materials, oversized items, etc…). If such is the case we will advise you of the delays expected prior to shipping your order.
We always do our best to make your online experience the most enjoyable. You will receive an email up to 72 business hours after the transaction takes place. This communication will contain all the information regarding any delayed items. At that time you will have the choice to:
a) cancel your order b) eliminate any missing product from the order and proceed with the rest c) wait until the product is ready to ship and proceed with all the products d) change to another equivalent or upgrade and proceed with the order
If you choose option A and B, we will give you a refund within 24 to 28 hours (up to 72 hours for Paypal transactions).
For options C and D,we will do our best to process your order rapidly. Please note that no refunds will be applied for orders past this delay, unless our sales team is unable to complete the transaction. We think that 30 days is a reasonnable delay especially for more rare items (about 2% of our inventory). Prior to that time, any refund will be at our sole discretion and may be offered as a store credit.
Please know that:
1- When we communicate with you for the first time and advise if a product is out of stock or delayed, you will have 48 hours to let us know what you wish to go for. Should we stay without any news from you, we will move forward and assume you are choosing option C.
2- Any charge back that violates this agreement will be contested, and thus by placing an order on Hydroshop.ca you consent with this availability of stocks policy and the Hydroshop.ca terms of use.
